“HELPING THE HOMELESS” – COAT DONATIONS!

The Southeast Alabama Coalition for the Homeless (SEACH) needs your help getting ready for its upcoming annual Homeless Stand Down.

The main item in shortage is different from years past... Coats.
The event will take place on November 5th and aims to provide assistance to our local homeless population.
Along with coats they are also in need of sleeping bags, blankets, clothing, toiletries, flashlights, batteries, and non perishable food items. Wiregrass United Way Executive Director David Duke says coats and warm clothing is especially needed as the cool weather approaches. Drop off times are Monday-Friday from 8a.m. till 4:30 p.m.

**The drop off location is the Wiregrass United Way 2-1-1 office located at 545 West Main Street, Suite 313.
